Effective Varicose Veins Treatment

The first thing I want to talk about is this;

What is the venous system really?  How is it different from the arterial system?

Veins carry blood from your legs and fingertips to your heart. Thus, they carry deoxygenated blood, which leaves oxygen to the cells. The most unique feature of veins is that they do not have a pumping system. It is pumped only by the movement of the muscles. So, if you are sedentary and stand a lot, you may have more vein problems.  We have different arteries that go to our feet and toes. These then divide into small capillaries. Oxygen and nutrients are then released into the tissues.

The blood then returns to the heart through the venous system. At the same time, the nutrients from your digestive system and a venous system associated with digestion that carries it back to the heart. This is called the hepatic portal system. If there is any blockage in the liver, such as with tissue damage, cirrhosis or fatty liver disease, then you will also have problems in your veins.

I'm talking about problems in the venous system, like the pressure to back up the blood. You can think of the liver as a sponge. Isn't it? If that sponge is filled with something that blocks the flow of fluid, whether damaged tissue or fat, the sponge can't work. It will not be able to hold liquids and function properly. This would certainly create a sudden increase in pressure. This means that a sponge installed in the plumbing, just like a water filter, it's like it's completely blocked with a lot of dirt and things like that, and that creates a pressure. So you will have a lack of flow in certain parts of your home and an increase in flow in other parts of your home. When there is too much pressure in the venous system, it can create things like varicose veins. This pressure can also cause varicose veins in the esophagus and this is called esophageal varices.

In the veins in the lower rectum, varicose veins are called hemorrhoids. It can affect these veins in your stomach called gastric varices. So, one of the main causes of vein problems is the liver. In this video, I will mainly focus on something called chronic venous insufficiency. In this case, it's mostly in the lower part of your legs. a problem occurs where the blood circulation in the vein does not move. The term for this is Chronic Venous Insufficiency. This can then lead to varicose veins, spider veins, phlebitis, an inflammation of your veins. and can even cause a condition called DVT, or deep vein thrombosis, where you get clots in your veins.

  • The first of the symptoms associated with lack of flow in the venous system is heaviness in the legs.
  • Number two, swelling in the legs and ankle,
  • the third is pain in the legs,
  • restlessness in the legs,
  • your skin may be affected and look shiny or leathery.
  • The hair on your legs may fall out and your legs may itch
  • or discoloration of the lower part of your legs.

Now, after pregnancy, many women start to develop varicose veins. and start to have problems with the veins in the lower leg. This is related to estrogen. So estrogen is another cause of vein problems. Obviously, there are not many studies on this. But we know that there are estrogen receptors in your veins. So, if you have too much estrogen, this can affect your vascular system.

This also occurs in men. The situation in women; estrogen levels drop when they go through menopause but their progesterone actually drops much more. This is a sign of a high estrogen/low progesterone ratio. So even though their estrogen is low, their progesterone is much lower. So, this can be considered a case of estrogen dominance. Now, testosterone decreases in men as they age. This decrease will also give higher amounts of relative estrogen. The effects can be amplified, especially if the liver is damaged. Because, the liver is a key organ that regulates or reduces estrogen.

However, the best solution for vein problems in the lower leg is red vine leaf extract.

I found this data in a model where they did all this additional research. Of course, this model is most likely based on the extensive research they have done. This study randomized a large number of subjects with mild to moderate venous insufficiency, was a double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial. Now, the amount of red grape leaf extract they used for 12 weeks between 360 and 720 milligrams per day, and the results were significant. Red grape leaf also helps liver enlargement, splenomegaly swelling in the legs, hemorrhoids, bruising, bleeding, nasal congestion and for thickening of capillaries. It is a great anti-inflammatory. It also helps to stabilize the permeability in the capillaries.

The best exercise for varicose veins

The other thing I would recommend is to start practicing rebound exercise, Because it will simply start to increase the flow in these outer limbs and it will help the blood flow through your veins. Of course, I would definitely recommend walking regularly, You should stay active, not sit too much and not stand too much.

Other natural remedies for varicose veins

Now, what is common in these cases is liver problems. The method I recommend to treat this is called TUDCA.

TUDCA is a type of bile salt that is good not only for fatty liver but also for cirrhosis. It actually increases the flow of bile through the bile ducts. Now, if you have an estrogen problem, if you have a dominant estrogen problem, I recommend a highly concentrated anti-estrogen radish mix products called DIM.
